Be part of a transformation of our Grand River that centers community, inclusivity, transparency, and an equitable future for Grand Rapidians. This event is intended to become a place where you can learn more about the Grand River and share your thoughts about what an equitable river means to you – when it’s most convenient for you.

Grand River Voices is a community engagement project for the Greater Grand Rapids community. It is intended to capture and present community voice regarding the Grand River and who can benefit from it.

The revitalization initiative presents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to ensure future river-related programming, policies, and infrastructure benefit all Grand Rapidians, with a focus on those that have been disproportionately impacted by racial, environmental, economic, and other forms of injustice.

Our team will be drafting an Equity Framework to bring back to the Grand Rapids community in the Fall and Winter for consideration.

All attendees will receive a $40 gift card by mail for participating!
